This 2-hour introductory class is a glimpse into a world where ligaments control muscles. Proprioceptors within the ligaments play a large role in the resting tone of muscles and fascia making it possible to manipulate myofascial tension, via the ligaments. The technique uses specific joint positioning, light pressure on the ligament and gentle muscular contraction to effectively release the tension in nearly any muscle of the body in a matter of moments. MLT is one of the gentlest and most effective hands-on techniques you will even learn. You and your clients will be astonished by the amazing results achieved with so little effort.
